The system of intellectual support of the designer (SIPP) Concept is aimed at the ultimate goal — the creation of an “electronic” product and includes both the development of VLSI (chips) and electronic equipment and printed circuit boards. The modern approach involves the use of a unified information space at all these and subsequent stages of the life cycle of the designed product.
