Construction of False Floor and Anti-vibration Foundations in Clean Rooms Building a clean room in accordance with the ISO 14644-1 standard requires use of wall sandwich panels, integrated ceilings, systems for air preparation and circulation, control and monitoring. It is important to pay attention to false floor too. In spite of the outward simplicity of the structure and installation, when it comes to premises, a «System of false floors» is used because cleanliness of above class 5 according to ISO is unfeasible without perforated plates.

Industrial Units for CNT Production Discovery of carbon nanotubes (CNT) provoked huge interest to them and allowed to create commercial products worth many billions of dollars, as CNT are unique nanostructures with superior electronic, mechanical, chemical and optical properties, which ensure their various promising applications. In particular, research has demonstrated the possible use of CNT for energy storage, in molecular electronics, at manufacture of optical nanodevices, composite materials. The article describes reactors for CNT growth by FirstNano company (USA), which is specialized in production of innovative high-quality equipment for synthesis of one-dimension nanostructures and nanomaterials.

Rapid Heating and Cooling of Samples in a Controlled Atmosphere Thermal treatment of semiconductor wafers is an important stage of many technology routes in formation of microelectronic devices. The modern technology imposes new requirements on laboratory and industrial equipment used for these purposes. The salient features of this process are: the speed and uniformity of heating / cooling of the samples, maximum temperature, and treatment time. Implementation of the process demands versatile equipment that provides high values of its most important parameters.

Production and Application of Metal-Carbon Nanocomposites In 2010 IEMP Kupol JSC acquired a laboratory for obtaining metal-carbon nanocomposites. Application of the nanocomposites is promising for improving properties of bulk composites, their introduction in very small amounts (0.0001 to 0.001 % mass) positively influences the structure and properties of the modified materials.

Scanning Probe Microscopy: Current Tendencies At present time there are more than 30 devices for scanning probe microscopy in product mix of NT-MDT Company. Some of them are used for highly specialized applications and relatively slow are changing in time. Other, on the contrary, are changing very quickly at processing of requests, proposals and wishes, which come as users` feedback. It is obvious that just mass and the most quickly changing equipment types can serve as a peculiar indicator for a certain tendency in probe microscopy and possible in scientific instrument-making, as a whole. Scanning probe microscope models of NT-MDT Company are analyzed, which, as it is supposed, reflect important tendencies in development of the industry.

Computer Simulation and Atomic Force Microscopy Data A new method of atomic force microscopy (AFM) data processing by means of experiments computer simulation with the use of molecular dynamics is proposed. It has been tested on two proteins: fibrinogen and lysozyme. AFM-experiments have been carried out and their parameters were used to build precise models of proteins molecules adsorption on selected surfaces. As a result the data of both AFM and computer experiments was of the same type. Size difference for lysozyme was significant, but for fibrinogen it was within the experimental error. This sustains the theory of size influence on objects distortion on an AFM image.

Paradoxes of Innovation The rapid development of nanotechnology industry is the result of efforts of a big number of professionals (scientists, engineers, economists, government officials, lawyers). The article presents an opinion of a public relations expert and an attempt to determine the milestones of the work done, prospects and problems of the specialists are facing in the new Russian economy undergoing major changes and seeking new approaches, along with the need to preserve constructive traditions of the Russian science development.

Psychophysiological Regularities in the Body and Achievements in Sport Research in biophysics, medicine, neurophysiology, confirmed the ideas about the human body structure and functioning as a system of complex energy-self-oscillating processes. The purpose of the work is finding promising areas of optimization of training and coaching athletes with high qualifications. The materials are based on the results of years of work done by the authors and data of recent research into functioning of informational and analytical structures of the human brain. The obtained results can be used to maximize the effectiveness of athletes training.

Principles of Self-Оrganization at the Quantum Level Throughout their life people observe all in natural objects moving and circulating, intersecting and crossing. Important particularities of these processes are reflected in biological objects. The shape of natural objects reflects the principles of interaction and self-organization of underlying molecular structures, which, in their turn, reflect deeper principles of organization of quantum objects forming them. Moving into the universe’s depth along a chain of natural objects sequentially reflecting each other, we will inevitably come to an idea of interaction of the three known types of fields, as the most primary physical phenomena.

Two Approaches to Patenting of Inventions in the Field of High Technologies The notion of «high technologies» has long been used by national scientists and entrepreneurs. Many include it in the names of their organizations, without realizing that there is no clear definition of this term. Let us consider the issue of some approaches to patenting of high technology inventions.
