Observations of erythrocytes by atomic force and scanning ion-conductive microscopy The review discusses advanced techniques of studying the surface of erythrocytes by AFM. The results of imaging cells by a scanning probe microscope are given. An innovative method of scanning ion-conductive microscopy using glass nano-pipettes is described, and the results of imaging cells are given.
