The paper deals with developing active and passive microwave monolithic integrated circuit components automatic modeling techniques which allow one to significantly reduce modeling time preserving acceptable accuracy. The proposed techniques are implemented in the 50ohm Tech M3-Suite software to make technique usage easier.
